Paid street parking is available (usually 2 hours max), free street parking if you can find it, or Padres Parkade around the corner for longer services (2+ hours) so you don’t have to move your car—it often costs less than street parking.

A credit card is required to book. Payments can be made via card on file, Venmo, or Zelle. Cash is accepted, but change may not be available. Deposits are required at booking and applied to your total service.

Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. No-shows: 100% fee.

Arrive on time! If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

Hair should always be clean and dry unless otherwise instructed. Long or thick hair, or multiple services, may require extra time or fees. For color services, hair with heavy buildup may require extra adjustment.

Children are welcome in the salon when they are receiving a service. We offer hair services for children ages 7 and up — so whether it's a trim or a fresh new style, we'd love to take care of them!
For the comfort and safety of all guests, children who are not receiving a service are not able to accompany clients during their appointment. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes! Professional product recommendations may be suggested during your appointment to maintain your results.

Service length depends on hair type, length, and the service booked. Multiple services may require extra time or an extended appointment.

Yes! Color corrections require a consultation and may take extra time. Consultations are included to customize your look for your face shape, lifestyle, and goals.
