Booking Policies
Booking & Payments:
Credit card required to book. Payment accepted via card on file, Venmo, or Zelle.
Cash accepted, but change may not be available.
Deposits are required at booking and are applied to the total service.
Cancellations & No‑Shows:
48+ hours notice required to cancel/reschedule.
Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. No-shows: 100% fee.
Late Policy:
Arrive on time; 15+ min late may shorten/reschedule service.
Client Etiquette:
Respectful behavior required; service may be declined for inappropriate behavior.
Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Appointment Prep & Service Notes:
Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.
Long or thick hair, or multiple services, may require extra time or fees.
For color services, hair with heavy buildup may require extra time or adjustment.
Products & Haircare:
Professional product recommendations may be suggested to maintain results.
Parking:
Paid street parking (usually 2 hours max)
Free street parking if available
Recommended: Padres Parkade around the corner for longer services (more than 2 hours) so you don’t have to move your car—it often costs less than street parking.
