Booking Policies

Booking & Payments:

  • Credit card required to book. Payment accepted via card on file, Venmo, or Zelle.

  • Cash accepted, but change may not be available.

  • Deposits are required at booking and are applied to the total service.

Cancellations & No‑Shows:

  • 48+ hours notice required to cancel/reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours: 50% fee. No-shows: 100% fee.

Late Policy:

  • Arrive on time; 15+ min late may shorten/reschedule service.

Client Etiquette:

  • Respectful behavior required; service may be declined for inappropriate behavior.

  • Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Appointment Prep & Service Notes:

  • Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.

  • Long or thick hair, or multiple services, may require extra time or fees.

  • For color services, hair with heavy buildup may require extra time or adjustment.

Products & Haircare:

  • Professional product recommendations may be suggested to maintain results.

Parking:

  • Paid street parking (usually 2 hours max)

  • Free street parking if available

Recommended: Padres Parkade around the corner for longer services (more than 2 hours) so you don’t have to move your car—it often costs less than street parking.
